SaaS

From MVP to production — with a partner who stays.

Most SaaS ideas don’t die from bad code; they die from vendors who vanish after v1. We build in milestones and stick around for the part where the product actually becomes a product.

Who this is for

Founders validating an idea

An MVP scoped to the riskiest assumption — built to learn fast, not to demo well.

Businesses productising a service

The internal process you already sell manually, turned into software your customers log into.

Funded teams needing senior hands

A working v1 while you hire, or steady delivery alongside a small in-house team.

What’s included

  • Product scoping — cutting v1 to what proves the bet
  • Full-stack build: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node
  • Auth, billing (Stripe), and multi-tenancy foundations
  • Admin tooling and operational dashboards
  • Deployment, monitoring, and error reporting
  • Post-launch iteration retainers — ship & stay

How pricing works

Milestone-based fixed quotes: each milestone is a working, deployed increment you can put in front of users. No percentage-complete invoices.

After v1, iteration runs on a monthly retainer — the cadence most SaaS actually needs.

How we’ll run it

Send your project

Use the form — rough scope is fine. You get a scoped reply within 24 hours, written by the person who’ll do the work.

Scope & agree

Fixed retainer or fixed quote, in writing. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.

Build with visibility

Your PM tool or ours — Asana, Slack, or email. Weekly written updates, minimum.

Ship & stay

Maintenance, iteration, and the same person next month. We don’t disappear after launch.

Common questions

Who owns the IP and the code?

You do, completely — repository, infrastructure, and IP assignment in writing. We’re a contractor, not a co-founder, unless you explicitly want that conversation.

How fast can we get to MVP?

Honest answer: it depends on how ruthlessly v1 is scoped, and the scoping is most of the value. The 24-hour reply will give you a realistic shape — and we’d rather lose the project than win it with a fantasy timeline.

What happens after the MVP ships?

The part most vendors skip: iteration. Retainer-based, with the same person who built it — or a documented handover to your in-house hires when you’re ready.
