Every project starts with the form and ends its first day with a scoped reply: what we understood, what we’d ask, and the shape of a quote. The quote itself is fixed — what’s in, what’s out, what it costs. If scope changes mid-project, you get a written note and a number before extra work starts, never a bigger invoice after.

Larger builds are split into milestones, each one a working, reviewable increment. Revisions are defined at scoping so “one more tweak” has a shared meaning. Invoicing is in USD; milestones for projects, monthly for retainers.

What moves a quote up or down: scope (obviously), integrations with other systems, content readiness, and timeline pressure. If your budget doesn’t fit the project, we’ll say what would fit it — a leaner v1 is usually more useful than a stretched no.
